Studio Crissy Zhang (Crissy Zhang Design, ABN as registered) is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. What we collect

When you contact us through this website, a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, email or phone, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the suburb or address of your project, and the details you choose to share about your project, budget and timing. Our website also collects standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a proposal, and deliver design services if you engage the studio. We use analytics and advertising data in aggregate to understand which pages and campaigns are useful and to show our work to people who are likely to be interested in it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send newsletters unless you ask to receive them.

Analytics and advertising tools

This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and conversions and to support advertising on Google and Meta platforms. Information collected by these tools is handled under the privacy policies of Google and Meta. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

Storage and security

Enquiry details are stored in Squarespace form submissions, Meta lead forms and our studio email and project files, which are protected by password and access controls. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our professional and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing studio@crissyzhang.com.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
