The design objective for this heritage Toorak renovation is to honour the property’s architectural integrity while infusing the home with a renewed sense of vitality. Our scope encompasses design consultation, design management, cosmetic design including colour selections, and bespoke lighting design. A key focus is to enhance the indoor-outdoor flow, creating a seamless connection between the home’s refined interiors and its landscaped surrounds.

Open balcony door leading to a garden patio with black metal chairs and a table, lush greenery, and a hanging lantern in the outdoor space.
Living room with beige sofa, decorative pillows, a window with white trim, and a plant in the foreground.
Dining room with a large dark wood table, eight green velvet chairs, a chandelier, a framed abstract art piece on white wall, open shutters, and a view of a patio with greenery outside.

A muted, sophisticated colour palette has been introduced to balance the space, while soft white finishes are used to highlight the home’s original mouldings and heritage detailing. Warm, ambient lighting is thoughtfully layered throughout, bringing softness and a sense of calm to both the living areas and transitional spaces. Through the synergy of expert design capability and strategic market insight, our goal is to elevate the property’s value to $10 million while preserving its enduring character
